β β β β β Best service that has ever happened to me. Among visited Pearle shops in the Netherlands, this one was so far the best service-vise. As I am living in The Hague, I always buy in this shop. Once, it just happened to me that I bought bad lenses in Amsterdamβs Pearle, these were immediately changed it in this shop for free. Also, my glasses were broken, but these guys also fix it for me for free. The way I see it, this is the customer serviceβs benchmark for all shops in the world. I am serious.

β β β β β Mu husband changed lenses this year to Pearl. He got the new lenses in February and started to use them.
2 weeks ago his eyes were getting really red. He decided to put them off and try with glasses for a week to see if the lenses were the issue. His eyes got better and the moment he put the lenses back his eyes got red again.
He called today to explain the issue. Before he could explain the issue, he got told that he will have to pay and that they will send him new lenses. Without even asking what was wrong with lenses. When he asked what would be the difference with the new lenses the answer was: I donβt know. And we will charge you for everything because you are too late letting us know about this issue.
I guess we are unlucky not to be able to see what will happen in the future. My husband uses lenses everyday, if he would have had this issue before, we would have called directly.
What it is really unprofessional is the lack of customer service when we are talking about a health related issue. No interest, no questions, no will to offer a solution. Apparently in Pearl they donβt seem to give a fly about the quality of the product they deliver.
What they really wanted to make clear on the call was that we will pay the full amount for the lenses that are giving issues, full year amount. For the rest, they donβt seem to be interested.
If you are not a customer, make yourself a favor and donβt become one.

β β β β β I made an appointment for an eye test and went there yesterday. Elif was really friendly and helped me a lot. I'm very happy with the service.
I have to wait 2 more weeks to get my glasses, though.

β β β β β They tell you, you have warranty on your glasses, but don't allow you to use it. I mostly get D&G glasses from the 5 par I had in my life 3 where D&G. But this is the only one that broke, not because I dropped it or anything. (I'm talking about the frame)
I didn't even think to check if I had warranty till someone suggested it. I went and had them straight up denied my request to use my warranty. Don't trust this place.

β β β β β Due to covid I was expecting the staff to be stressed and maybe rush me a bit (since everything is on appointment and they are only allowed 8 customers at a time), but they were incredibly kind and helpful. Well organised and very informative when asked about things I wasnt sure about.

β β β β β I just lost my glasses and told the older gentleman that I needed a quick solution. Also told him that I donβt care if this would be new glasses or contact lenses. I already wore lenses and showed him my numbers.
He wasnβt just unfriendly he also refused to help me and sell me anything. Although they are offering an β1h Serviceβ for new glasses with your individual eyesight, they denied everything and told me βfor you we donβt have a solutionβ
