Top service, Roy Arends had geduld, aandacht en heeft ons heel professioneel geholpen. Uiteindelijk 2 hele mooie brillen en 2 zonnebrillen aangeschaft.
Top service, Roy Arends had patience, attention and helped us very professionally. In the end bought 2 very nice glasses and 2 sunglasses.

Tijdens een bezoek in Den Haag scheurde mijn contactlens. Deze opticien heeft de stukjes lens uit mijn oog gehaald en een nieuwe lens verstrekt. Geheel kosteloos. GEWELDIGE SERVICE!
During a visit to The Hague, my contact lens tore. This optician has taken the lens pieces out of my eye and provided a new lens. Completely free of charge. GREAT SERVICE!

Geweldig winkel, dochtertje haar glas was eruit gevallen. Ondanks corona regels, leverende ze direct service. Hier voor 5 sterren voor de vriendelijke personeel
Great shop, daughter's glass had fallen out. Despite corona rules, they provide immediate service. Here for 5 stars for the friendly staff

Jaren geleden dure Guccibril gehaald, bleek last van hoofdpijn te hebben. Werd weggestuurd met excuus dat ogen moesten wennen. Na lang geklaag eindelijk ander glazen aangemeten omdat er foute meting was gemaakt. Daarna durfde ik daar geen bril meer te kopen en vervolgens 2 andere brillen bij pearle aangeschaft. Pasgeleden weer geprobeerd bij eyewish leesbril te kopen en ja hoor weer verkeerde meting, weer weggestuurd met dezelfde excuus. Nu verbeterd, zaten ze er 0.5 naast. Lesje geleerd, nooit meer naar eyewish...
Years ago expensive Guccibril met, turned out to have a headache. Was sent away with an excuse that eyes had to get used to it. After long complaining, other glasses were fitted because the measurement was incorrect. After that I didn't dare buy glasses anymore and then bought 2 other glasses at pearle. Recently again tried to buy eyewish reading glasses and yes again wrong measurement, sent away again with the same excuse. Now improved, they were 0.5 wrong. Lesson learned, never to eyewish ...

Ik mocht van m'n werkgever een computerbril uitzoeken bij geselecteerde opticiens. Eye Wish was het dichtstbij en leek professioneler dan overige opticiens. Bij de oogmeting werd ik door een vriendelijke man geholpen en had ik aangegeven dat ik met blauwfilter en dunne glazen wilde hebben. Een paar weken later werd ik netjes gebeld om m'n computerbril op te halen. Eenmaal aangekomen bij Eye Wish: computerbril zonder blauwfilter en dikke glazen!!! Ik heb zeker een halve dag aan de lijn moeten hangen om dat weer recht te trekken. Nieuwe glazen werden besteld en na een paar weken mocht ik m'n computerbril weer langsbrengen om de nieuwe glazen erin te laten zetten. Er werd nog heel optimistisch gezegd: "Als u het in de ochtend brengt, dan is het meestal in de middag al klaar. Wij bellen u wel wanneer het klaar is." Een week later belde ik maar terug, want ik werd maar niet gebeld. Bijna 3 maanden later heb ik toch eindelijk wat ik wilde hebben! :)
My employer allowed me to select computer glasses from selected opticians. Eye Wish was the closest and seemed more professional than other opticians. At the eye test I was helped by a friendly man and I indicated that I wanted a blue filter and thin glasses. A few weeks later I got a nice call to pick up my computer glasses. Once arrived at Eye Wish: computer glasses without blue filter and thick glasses!!! I had to hang on the line for at least half a day to straighten that out. New glasses were ordered and after a few weeks I was allowed to bring my computer glasses back to have the new glasses put in. They said very optimistically: "If you bring it in the morning, it will usually be ready in the afternoon. We'll call you when it's ready." A week later I called back, because I was not called. Almost 3 months later I finally got what I wanted! :)

De slechtste service die je kan krijgen op de FrΓ©dΓ©ric hendrik laan zit al meer dan 3 weken op mijn bril te wachten en de anderen filialen kunnen je niet helpen echt onbeschoft daar betaal je €700 voor
The worst service you can get on FrΓ©dΓ©ric hendrik avenue has been waiting for my glasses for more than 3 weeks and the other branches can't help you really rude you pay €700 for it

I visited all of the other opticians in the area and found this one to have the best selection of glasses and it also offers friendly service. However, they told me it would take between 4 to 7 days for my glasses to be ready and I'm now on day 10. I called to ask about it and they said they would call back yet they never did. Called again, and they said that it might be Friday when they are ready. Just a frustrating experience. So beware.

i ordered designer glasses in an other shop, because i didnt have time to buy it, and the shop was closing. The man that helped me told me he would send it to the Hague for me so i can do the measurements. He told me it would be 3 days before it would be ready for me and they would call me.. it had been 2 weeks and i still hadnt received a call. So i went to the shop and nobody had any idea where the glasses were, i was Told they would call me if they had found it.. they didnt want to order a new pair or help me further! So i went to pearl opticiens, and they were great! Unacceptable how poor the service is at the Eyewish the hague
