★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time pet owner and wanted to support these retail shops instead of buying online but the shop person was rude and kept asking me to shorten my time in the shop. I am a new pet owner and still trying to figure out the pet supplies, so it’s annoying that the shop person wouldn’t even entertain. Not that there was even a long line of people waiting outside. Won’t be buying from this shop ever. Left without buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good shop with great advice. My dog was a bit sick, the vet advised me to give diet food but it didn’t work. I went to 4 Pets and the shop owner told me that my dog may need worms tables. After 1 table my dog was fine. Extremely happy with this advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience going to this pet shop! Super friendly staff and amazing selection. They’ve recently opened a self service dog wash which I couldn’t wait to try out, it works great! Everything is included in the price like shampoo, conditioner, drying etc. And even has nice extras like combs. And plenty of towels if you have a hard to dry dog like mine :) She managed to leave a ton of her hair behind, glad it wasn’t in my house! ?
