★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte zaak staat nog op de site dat ze open waren, maar helaas was de winkel dicht ze waren met vakantie en dat staat niet op de website. Jammer en voor jan joker voor niks gereden naar Amsterdam
Bad thing is still on the site that they were open, but unfortunately the shop was closed they were on vacation and that is not on the website. Too bad and for Jan Joker we drove to Amsterdam for free

Mijn tante had de pop opgehaald, bij het uitpakken thuis was de pop was vreselijk beschadigd.
Ze heeft de pop al 40 jaar, en was onbeschadigd afgegeven.
2000% zeker !!dat was niet voordat erbij het popje elastiek werd vervangen.
Let op maak foto's voordat U daar wat laat maken.

Very bad unreliable doll doctor.
My aunt had picked up the doll, when unpacking at home the doll was terribly damaged.
She has had the doll for 40 years, and was delivered undamaged.
2000% sure !! that was not before the doll elastic was replaced.
Please take pictures before you have something made there.

Maar enige tijd geleden, na reparatie van enkele poppen, verkeerd ingepakt mee gekregen, waardoor meer schade als dat we ze heen gebracht hadden.
Maar meer recentelijk, oog lag er uit. Na nieuw oog inbrengen op een dusdanige manier dat het geheel om het oog heen er niet meer uit ziet.
Pop is afgeschreven!
reasonably satisfied in the past.
But some time ago, received after repairing some dolls, wrong packed with it, causing more damage if we had them brought back.
But more recently, there was eye out. After introducing new eye in such a way that the whole order to go there no more mess.
Pop is written!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with a vintage Barbie but apparently they don’t fix Barbies. Maybe this is something to mention on your site, as this would have saved me the trip there? Worse though was the fact that there were multiple women behind the counter that loudly suggested I could just glue the head back on, or perhaps put her head on a stick, or just use a head band to cover it up. As I left the store there was loud laughter. These people are rude and not professional. Don’t go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real old school poppendokter (doll fixer). They repair broken dolls a d teddy's by hand with real care. Because of this there can be quite a long wait time, although they do do emergency 'operations' if a child can't sleep without their fluffy friend.
They gave my 40 year old teddy bear back his sight after his eyes fell off. They even did it a bit quicker as I wanted to bring him travelling two weeks later
