I	Illustrated Universe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zijn gewoon dicht om 15:00u op een zaterdag en dicht op zondag, erg onhandig voor een ophaalpunt. Openingstijden via postnl site en google geven andere openingstijden aan dus ben voor niks helemaal er naartoe gefietst. They just close at 3pm on a Saturday and closed on a Sunday, very inconvenient for a pick up point. Opening times via the postnl site and google indicate different opening times, so I cycled all the way there for nothing.

Op de site staat aangegeven dat de zaak om 09.30u is geopend, op de A4’tjes aan het pand staat 12.00u en op Google staat 12.30u. Fijn zo’n service waar je je in allerlei bochten moet wringen om op tijd je pakket te kunnen krijgen… Stood in front of a closed door for the umpteenth time today. The site states that the business opens at 09.30 am, the A4 at the building says 12.00 pm and Google says 12.30 pm. It's nice to have such a service where you have to bend over backwards to get your package on time...

T	Tim Rease on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PACKAGES OR POST I have lived here three years and bought my stamps, sent packages, received packages and got stationary. The older woman (she said she was the owner) is not friendly. I went to pick up a package and she asked for my id, then i showed her a copy of my passport that I keep in my wallet for these purposes. She refused to give me my package, pretended to look in the cabinet and then said i had to come back on monday. I told her I worked and she just said sorry. I went home and came back with my passport and then gave it to her. She went directly and got my package. I told her she was very unfriendly and though she said sorry you could see she didnt care. Then she said the buurvrouw ("neighbor women") had fake copies of their passports. Many neighbor woman are immigrant/refugees so i think she was being racist and prejudiced also. Its a simple matter to tell if the passport copy is not from the orginal especially when you know the person has come there for three years.
