Vriendelijke medewerkers en duidelijke uitleg. Gelukkig nog niet al teveel problemen meegemaakt waarbij verzekering nodig was, maar op de momenten dat het nodig was verliep alles vlekkeloos. Niets van dit al bij Prima Voor Elkaar. Er viel niet te praten over schade die opgelopen was tijdens een storm en die pas weken later geconstateerd werd. Daar het onmogelijk was aan te geven op welke dag de schade was ontstaan, werd er uit coulance een kwart van het schadebedrag uitgekeerd. Geen enkel argument werd serieus genomen en er werd zelfs uitgekeken naar mijn opzegbrief om over te stappen Nasr een ander assurantie kantoor. Dat heb ik inmiddels gedaan.
