The most horrible customer service I have received in the Netherlands. Actually, I would not call it service by any means. I sadly had to visit the store 4 times because thats where my parcels are delivered when im not home. Out of those, two were disrespectful to say the least. First time, the two gentlemen working there ignored me standing next to them for a minute or so, after which I got a look saying something a long the lines of "yeah? what?". I replied that I have a package I want to claim. He asked if I bought something online. I answered "no, just a package I was sent". Then he looked at his buddy, said something in dutch that I did not comprehend, they both laughed, he turned at me and said the same sentence as before, now over-articulating every word as if I had troubles comprehending language. I replied, again, that no, I just received a package someone sent to me. After this lovely interaction I got my package, both of them laughing while me walking away. The second time great customer service experience happened today. I was approaching the shop at exactly 6:00 as they are closing at this time, which I did not check before going. The door was slammed literally in front of my face. Thinking nothing of it, I opened the door and went in. The man who slammed the door, while walking away and facing the oposite direction, yeld something and walked away. The lady that stood behind the counter turned her head towards me, yelled "HE SAID WE ARE CLOSED" in a such a manner that written words would fail to properly translate. I politely and calmly asked if I could get my package real quick, as this is the only reason I came here. In a manner that was below disrespectful she replied "NO, I SAID WE ARE CLOSED." and just turned away. Left puzzled by what have I done to be treated this way, had no chance to leave and head home without my package. Hopefully, tomorrow the staff wwill be pleasant enough to not yell at me, make fun of me or slam the door in front of my face. That being said, avoid this place at any cost, sadly I might have to frequent it few more times if Im not home when a package is delivered to me.

Very rude staff! I had planned to send a parcel and was accused of not knowing the rates that PostNL charges. A blonde girl behind the counter told me that she didn't feel like explaining the rates, because it would be too much work for her to explain that to all customers who come over. If you ask me, she is not suited for a customer service position. Maybe the back of the mail room is a better place for her so she doesn't have to talk to anyone.

It was a bad service because I went to pick up a package and they didn't ask me for any id and they gave me a bag with all the packages. Later, I took mine then I was waiting for signing anything or at least an employee to check if I took the right one but they only said bye. I could take one or two and they couldn't even notice that so I don't know what others can think of my situation but personally it was totally unsecured.

I usually use the shop for mail and books . I don’t have words how kind are their staff. I can say the world amazing staff especially the mail care takers Sweet love you all .

This is a shop that can be categorised as news paper agent for newspapers, post cards, cigarettes and etc. You can also run post office errands here .... plus posted items for collection can also be done here. Customer service needs to be revised.

First impression quite good but it seems like they have lost my mail. It is just lost. I will never again send anything from this shop. Hopefully others dont have the same experience.

Don't expect any decency from the employees if you're any other colour than white. Weird. Didn't feel welcome nor safe, won't be using their services again.

A very convenient place to send post, they have everything you need in one place. There is even a small table to write letters on. I like sending the postcards and packages from here.
