R	Rick van Roozendaal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onwijs slechte (lees: geen) klantenservice! Er wordt gesproken over “normale” afname aan densiteit. Ik vind het niet normaal als een eetkamerstoel waar je 20 min per dag op zit en rouleert binnen 1,5 jaar ernstig ingezakt is. Daarnaast zegt men dat een stiksel alleen binnen korte tijd los kan laten als dit een productiefout is en er wordt geconcludeerd dat dit door eigen toedoen (bijvoorbeeld door een scherp voorwerp) is veroorzaakt. Concluderend stelt Pronto: “Vullen van stoel is waarschijnlijk duurder dan nieuwe kopen en het stiksel is door eigen toedoen stuk gemaakt.” Wat onwijs slecht... geen andere woorden voor. Al zou ik nieuwe krukken kopen zou Pronto de laatste winkel zijn waar wij ooit nog naartoe gaan! Bizar... Voor service en garantie ga vooral NIET naar Pronto What a really bad (read: no) customer service! It is referred to as “normal” decrease in density. I don't think it's normal if a dining room chair that you sit on for 20 minutes a day and rotate in has seriously collapsed within 1.5 years. In addition, it is said that a stitching can only come off within a short time if this is a production error and it is concluded that this was caused by one's own actions (for example by a sharp object). In conclusion, Pronto states: "Filling a chair is probably more expensive than buying new ones and the stitching has been broken by yourself." How bad ... no other words for it. Even if I were to buy new stools, Pronto would be the last store we ever go to! Bizarre... For service and warranty do NOT go to Pronto
P	Peter Schuringa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie zaak,hele leuke spullen,precies onze smaak,We hebben er een hoekbank,salontafel 5 eettafelstoelen en div leuke accesoires gekocht.Alleen het omruilen van een eetkamerstoel die je net 2 weken geleden gekocht hebt,is niet mogelijk helaas.De stiksel waren los van de armleuning maar heb hetzelf hersteld.Geen zin om daar misschien weken op te wachten.Beetje jammer. Nice case, very nice stuff, exactly our taste, We bought a corner sofa, coffee table, 5 dining table chairs and various nice accessories. Only exchanging a dining room chair that you just bought 2 weeks ago is not possible unfortunately. The stitching were loose of the armrest but have repaired it myself. No point in waiting maybe weeks for that. Bit of a shame.
