★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asociale bezorgers met bus vr-063-x in de stilstaande file de aan het toeteren en onnodig gas geven muziek zo asociaal hard te zetten dat iedereen zich dood ergerde en luid roepend dat ze blij waren dat ze sigaretten hadden maar enorm baalde dat ze geen wiet gekocht hadden
Antisocial delivery drivers with bus vr-063-x in a stationary traffic jam honking their horns and unnecessary gas turning up the music so antisocially loud that everyone was annoyed to death and shouting loudly that they were glad they had cigarettes but were very disappointed that they didn't have weed had bought

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 100% for an urgent service request, including shipment. Had to wait 5(!) months for the delivery, while they promised delivery in 2 weeks.
Multiple mistakes happened from Pronto, while I was told I was impatient.
They admitted the mistakes and offered a refund of a measly 10%.
Company should provide insight in expected delivery times if they ask a high amount of money for an urgent service request.
