★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op het moment weinig vertrouwen om de volgende keer opnieuw beltegoed te kopen via deze site... Vanaf gisteren 19.33 2-9-2019 Lyca Data besteld voor €20,. Tot op heden niks ontvangen vanuit Recharge.... Geen mail, geen opwaardeernummer en de juiste gegeven ingevoerd! Jammer! Ik zou uitkijken om hier te bestellen, de website is heel verleidelijk dat alles heel veilig is! Ze hebben wel het geld ingenomen maar niets gestuurd!
At the moment little confidence to buy calling credit again via this site next time ... From yesterday 19.33 2-9-2019 Lyca Data ordered for € 20 ,. To date, nothing received from Recharge .... No mail, no top-up number and the correct data entered! Unfortunately! I would look forward to ordering here, the website is very tempting that everything is very safe! They have taken the money but have not sent anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used many times to reload phones using SMART and GLOBE carriers in the Philippines. The services is generally rock solid, though local infastructure issues since July 2020 (Covid 19 and network use) sometimes prevent their reload message from pinging the phone. They always warn me that they'll retry for 3hrs, then they tell me that I can request a refund via email. When I click the "Refund button" I always get it credited within about 5-10 seconds (or get the confirmation). The service works when ever it's physically possible (via network), and they refund with good automated communications and a click when it fails. Having tried to do loads using the actual local phone companies (SMART and GLOB), the ease and reliability of recharge is actually superior to the actual carriers themselves.
I often muse how silly it is that I'm standing with money in my fist trying to throw it at someone to get a phone load, and the carriers themselves are too incompetent to take it from a willing and motivated customer. Many of the local carrier sites themselves time out or never process the final order page, so I can't fault Recharge.com for having similar problems.
At least Recharge.com handle the attempt on my behalf, and I can place my order in about 45 seconds with them. Then they handle the negotiation and attempts to request the load. They also deal with the failure, retry, and report that it failed. I find the recharge.com system to be MUCH easier and less frustrating than the carrier's direct sites.
And, It's also important to share that a single failure/refund cycle should not discourage you. It's all about timing and connectivity. Requesting a load at 2am (local time to where the phone sits) on a Tuesday night when you are sure the target phone is powered on and connected to the network.... will always be more successful than trying to do it at Midnight on New Years Eve when the networks are all crashing.
So, I've found their services to be as "Good as logistically possible"... "As user friendly as possible"... and "As Fault tolerant as possible". The local carrier systems themselves can be complicated, fragile, overloaded, and sometimes broken. I'm happy to shift the burden to attempting the loads to Recharge. At most, I simply have to request 2-3 times, monitor email, and click Refund 2-3 times. The same request at different times can yield different results. It's not Recharge.com's fault.
