M	Martijn Bonestroo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze service van het merk Minitials! Na de geboorte van onze oudste zoon heb ik als verassing een ketting met letter cadeau gegeven aan mijn vrouw. Zij heeft deze één jaar gedragen en door een ongelukje is de ketting geknapt. Wij hebben de ketting ter reparatie aangeboden en tegelijkertijd 2 nieuwe hangers à €300,- besteld zodat deze gemonteerd konden worden. Nu worden we gebeld dat de ketting versleten zou zijn (nota bene na één jaar!) En dat we maar een nieuw collier moeten kopen. Solderen was ook een optie maar dan vervalt direct de garantie. Wij hopen op een fatsoenlijke oplossing, anders is dit de eerste en laatste keer dat wij wat van Minitials afnemen Lousy service from the Minitials brand! After the birth of our oldest son, I gave a letter necklace to my wife as a surprise. She wore these for one year and the chain broke due to an accident. We offered the chain for repair and at the same time ordered 2 new hangers for € 300, - so that they could be mounted. Now we are called that the chain would be worn out (after one year, after all!) And that we should buy a new necklace. Soldering was also an option, but the warranty will expire immediately. We hope for a decent solution, otherwise this will be the first and last time that we buy something from Minitials

De collectie in de winkel is echt prachtig, maar ook van oude sieraden wordt in no time een prachtig nieuw eigentijds exemplaar gemaakt, dus een beetje rommelen in je sieradenkistje heeft veel zin, nu draag je je juwelen weer met plezier. Ook even n tussentijdse noodzakelijke check van zettingen en slotjes is heel belangrijk en even je ring of armband opnieuw laten rodineren is niet al te duur en laat je spullen weer glanzen alsof ze nieuw zijn! ??? I have nothing but praise for this jeweler. The service is fast and adequate and always ready at the agreed time. The collection in the store is really beautiful, but old jewelry is also made into a beautiful new contemporary item in no time, so a little messing around in your jewelry box makes a lot of sense, now you wear your jewelry again with pleasure. Also a necessary interim check of settings and clasps is very important and just having your ring or bracelet re-threaded is not too expensive and let your things shine as if they are new! ???

Daar waar IWC niet heel hulpvaardig blijkt, heeft Rene het probleem overgenomen alsof het zijn probleem is. Top opgelost! Wordt ook altijd fijn en heel vriendelijk geholpen door het hele team! Fantastic service. Had problems with my IWC band. Where IWC is not very helpful, Rene has taken over the problem as if it were his problem. Great solved! Always nice and very friendly help from the whole team!
