β β β β β I stayed in an apartment at the lage barakken no.63 for the past month and I have to say it has been an absolute joy to stay here. The owners were ever so welcoming and extremely helpful, providing me with tips and helped me out any way they could.
The apartment is excellent value for money, even though it's not so big it feels spacious as it's light and airy. It has all the amenities with a good kitchen, great shower and a super comfortable bed. All you can expect and more.
It's right in the middle of the centre yet in a quiet part, so no noise at night time. You have shops, restaurants (take away only of course) are just around the corner. I was also able to rent a parking space, which was very convenient. It's right on the edge of the center, so you are on the highway before you know it. Really an ideal location.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone for a short stay or a longer stay. Great location, super comfortable place to stay and it's great value for money!

β β β β β Do not rent from this company! It took them three months after we had moved out to transfer back the money and did not respond to any E-Mails at all. They also try to rip you off for anything: We had to pay to get the whole apartment painted when we moved out and had to pay a ridiculous amount of 255 Euros for a final cleaning and an additional 40 Euros for cleaning products (Even though we had already cleaned the whole apartment prior to our move out). Never again! They are rude and do not reply to any E-Mails or calls.

β β β β β I am very sorry to write this review, I was very happy with this agency but they did not reveal to be professional in the end. They hired an external company to clean the house after the check out (which had been already cleaned, as also recognised by the agency and the landlord), this company needed 5 h to clean the house + 1h for the garden total price 150 euro + Vat. This is simply ridiculous, when I asked explanation to Roxane she said, verbatim: " I am not in the mood to have this discussion right Now." We paid 1500 euro + VAT in order for them to find new tenants and allow us to leave the place before the end of the contract. Now, this already sounds ridiculous enough, nonetheless the attitude and being treated like idiots (sustain that the house needed 5h of cleaning whereas on the CHECKOUT DOCUMENT it was clearly stated that this was not the case) makes it absolutely unacceptable.

They understood my needs and inspite the fact that I was not able to visit the accommodation in person, they gave me all the details about it via the phone.

β β β β β I had to stay in Maastricht during 3 months because of my work and since the very beginning Roxan helped me in anyway she could. Communication was extremely rapid and efficient although I was in Spain at that moment. She asked me about my needs and offered me a wide variety of apartments that would fit my budget, and even showed them to me via WhatsApp videocalls.
I stayed in the apartment located in Honderstraat 12C, a beautiful, modern studio equipped with everything I need (a big fridge, oven, great shower, huge bed, etc.). There were even some amenities that I did not even expect like an enormous smart TV, hairdryer, or coffee machine. It was placed in the city centre, near to the shops and the life of the city but the windows were so good that there were no noises at all.
I did not have any problem during my stay there, but some stuff I asked for at the beginning of my stay, like extra bed sheets or an iron, were kindly provided very rapidly. I could not have asked for anything better.
After finishing my stay there, Roxan met the owner, showed her that the apartment was okay, and the deposit was completely given back to me.
Now, I know that I will probably have to come back to Maastricht once more so I will contact Residence Housing once again so we can look for another great apartment. I would have loved to stay in the same apartment but obviously as soon as I left it, it had already been rented. No surprises at all as it had an incredible price/quality ratio.

They are very organized, and were very helpful and responsive to our many questions as newcomers to renting in this new country! If we rent in Maastricht again, I would definitely work with them.
