★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is een restaurant waar ik al vele jaren kom. Niet alleen om een simpel broodje shoarma te halen, maar wat veel mensen wellicht niet weten is dat je er ook heerlijk ala carte kunt eten en genieten van de diverse gerechten die hier worden geserveerd. Dit alles in een ongedwongen en informele sfeer door zeer hartelijke mensen die bereid zijn om hun gasten te plezieren. Als je hier in de buurt bent probeer gewoon iets anders dan het traditionele broodje shoarma, al is deze wat mij betreft ook niet te versmaden.
 This is a restaurant that I have been coming to for many years. Not only to get a simple shawarma sandwich, but what many people may not know is that you can also eat delicious ala carte and enjoy the various dishes that are served here. All this in a casual and informal atmosphere by very cordial people who are willing to please their guests. If you are in the area just try something different than the traditional shawarma sandwich, although this is not to be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vriend en ik wilden hier uiteten. Toen we bij het raam wilden zitten, werden we op een agressieve manier gesommeerd om helemaal achterin de zaak te zitten. Vreemd, want er waren geen ''gereserveerd'' bordjes te zien op de tafels. Er hing een zeer onvriendelijke sfeer in de lucht. Uiteindelijk zijn we maar vertrokken zonder wat te bestellen. Godzijdank zijn er genoeg andere adressen waar we wel vriendelijk worden ontvangen en goed kunnen eten.
My boyfriend and I wanted to eat out here. When we wanted to sit by the window, we were aggressively summoned to sit at the very back of the place. Strange, because there were no ''reserved'' signs on the tables. There was a very unfriendly atmosphere in the air. In the end we left without ordering anything. Thank God there are plenty of other addresses where we are welcomed in a friendly manner and where we can eat well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Jerusalem's with a group of friend (I'd say 10 of us), one of us being vegan and another being pregnant.
I was so happy to find out this hidden gem!
The house menus range from 23 euros to 25 and you will get a full meal made by opener, main dish, ice cream with figs (yummy) and coffee.
The room has no frills but an honest an genuine feeling you can't deny.
Everything is prepared in very relaxed way and I felt like I was visiting a friend.
This is not a fast food, this is a place for chatting and enjoying your time at the table.
I also suggest you to ask Marcus - the very kind and welcoming host - for his amazing liquor, I am sorry but I do not remember the name (Samra? Sabra? It is the name of a town).
I give it 5 stars considering the home feeling I had and the food and cooking quality / price ratio.
Ps
Only caveat is for the pregnant friends: food * IS * spicy :)
Even if I loved it this can be a problem for the more delicate people, be sure to ask in advance for suggestions.
