★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plant based dining is not the dusty old vegan thing of the past. It is ready to take replace any regular dish on a restaurant’s menu, as chef Mari proves. The take away menu was delicious, I can’t wait to dine in house and experience the dishes in optima forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw good reviews so I thought I could bring a skeptic friend of mine who never had a full vegetarian/vegan meal. Unfortunately from start to end the menu had flaws and portions were very small compared to other veg restaurants I have visited (Bonboon, Yerba).
Just not good enough, at best a 7 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience at Kasvio. All waiters were extremely friendly and polite and the concept of completely plant-based 5-course menu is great! The food was presented in a nice way and we especially enjoyed the pumpkin raviolone and the dessert. We thought the mushroom terrine was not so pleasent to eat texture-wise and we expected a bit more from the main course (but we are also not the greatest mushroom lovers). It was a bit cool in the largest room and most people decided to sit in the smaller room, maybe that's a good project to improve for the winter. Overall, it was a nice experience and we really appreciate the effort to make a completely plant-based dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vegan restaurants I've been to! Definitely the best brownie I have ever had (which was not even from the menu but an allergy replacement!). Every meal was adapted to my allergies in a very professional way! The service was absolutely outstanding, every meal course was delicious and the kombucha's were very innovative! Absolute must visit :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take-away for three people, the food was absolutely fantastic! We had lasagna, Knödels, and a butter bean dish, Karelian pierogi, pear and blue “cheese” salad, “cheese” platter and a “cheese” cake. All food was *really* good- fresh, delicious and the portions were quite big. As far as I’m concerned, this is the high quality vegan cuisine that I was missing. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent vegan food. The dishes consisted of low calorie food, which would require multiple servings to get full. The garden was lovely - we spent several hours hanging around for coffee and their fine local kombucha juices.
I would have loved some bigger servings, for a full five star rating.
