Foaming shower gel werkt niet en komt volgens hun door het schudden van de bus dat zou niet mogen, dus ik zeg staat dat op de bus? Maar nee gewoon een smoes om jou de schuld te geven dat een foam bus al voor de tweede keer niet werkt ??
Treated very poorly by staff I am not used to at Rituals. Foaming shower gel does not work and according to them it is due to the shaking of the bus that should not be allowed, so I say is that on the bus? But no, just an excuse to blame you that a foam bus doesn't work for the second time ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kopen al vele jaren bij Rituals. Maastricht Eindhoven perfect. Maar het personeel van Rituals Beek doet de naam geen eer aan. Zeer klantonvriendelijk. Ons zullen ze er niet meer zien ondanks dat het om de hoek is voor ons. Bedrijfsleidster mag zich dit persoonlijk aantrekken door onfatsoenlijk gedrag.
Have been buying from Rituals for many years. Maastricht Eindhoven perfect. But the staff of Rituals Beek does not live up to the name. Very customer unfriendly. They won't see us there again even though it's just around the corner from us. The manager may take this personally through indecent behaviour.
