Wat mij met name is opgevallen is dat mijn contactpersoon bij RMFC, Renate Blanckenborg, zich erg goed verdiept in zowel de opdrachtgever als de kandidaten. Bij twijfel over een goede match tussen een kandidaat en de betreffende functie wordt de kandidaat niet voorgesteld aan de opdrachtgever. Hiermee levert RMFC belangrijke toegevoegde waarde en onderscheidt het bureau zich van de vele "CV schuivers" die Nederland rijk is.
Robert Muntel Financial Consultancy (RMFC) took care of the recruitment and selection procedure for the role of corporate controller at Domijn, a position that I have been filling since mid-July 2017. What I noticed in particular is that my contact person at RMFC, Renate Blanckenborg, is very familiar with both the client and the candidates. When in doubt about a good match between a candidate and the relevant position, the candidate is not presented to the client. With this RMFC provides important added value and distinguishes the agency from the many "CV sliders" that the Netherlands has.
