★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga hier al wat jaren heen voor zooltjes op maat in de hardloop schoenen. Altijd goede service en aandacht. En ook niet onbelangrijk....de zooltjes zijn erg goed betaalbaar.
 Been going here for some years for custom insoles in the running shoes. Always good service and attention. And also not unimportant .... the insoles are very affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that COVID-19 times are hard for everyone and that we still have to find a way to make things work. This is why I asked if it was preferred I make an appointment. I was told that was not necessary, but asked to go for a 10-minute walk after which I would be helped. When I came back the shop was full of people and I was yelled at to get out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I especially took some time out of my work schedule to buy a pair of shoes from this shop and help the local economy. I arrived convinced to buy my new pair of shoes but changed my mind due to how unwelcoming and rude the shop assistant was. I wanted new good quality shoes because my old pair hurts my feet. After I questioned the shop assistant regarding my problem he just answered " I am not a Doctor. Go to a Doctor." . I do not know whether it is Corona bringing people to their edge but I am not surprised anymore that Amazon is doing so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure how the man in this shop managed to respond to me saying "I want to buy a new set of running shoes" by telling me to shop elsewhere and making comments about my weight - but he did just that. If being stared from behind while you are browsing is your idea of a pleasant shopping experience, then this shop is the one for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere for someone that will actually tell you about their assortment instead of pointing at the door. Can't comment on their fitting service or gait analysis because this running shop ''doesn't do that''. Also can't comment on their after-sales support because if you can't tell already, I shopped elsewhere. 1/5 stars
