M	Myriam Krings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Völlig überterteuert. Verlangen für das aufpumpen mit Helium pro Ballon 2 € + die 6 € die der Ballon kostet. Mir ist schon bei anderen Spielen aufgefallen dass sie dort teurer verkauft werden als auf der eigenen Webseite angegeben. Der Laden ist keine Option! Completely overpriced. Demand for inflating with helium per balloon € 2 + the € 6 that the balloon costs. I have already noticed with other games that they are sold more expensive there than stated on their own website. The store is not an option!

Vielen Dank ? komme immer gerne wieder. All salespeople are extremely nice❤. They called me when the Pokemon box came out because you couldn't pre-order it, got the last one. Thank you ? I'll always be back.
N	N K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten keinen Stern. Wollte was umtauschen. Die Kassiererin war der Knaller...konnte keinen Satz mit mir vernünftig wechseln. Holt dann Kollegin, die war dann der Oberknaller...sagt ich hätte den Artikel dort gar nicht gekauft, weil es ihn dort doch überhaupt nicht zum kaufen gibt. Hab dann mehrmals den Kassenzettel erwähnt, den ich in der Hand hielt. Wurde dann einfach ignoriert und sie rätselt mit ihrer Kollegin weiter. Hab dann den Kassenzettel kurzerhand mal auf den Tresen geknallt. Die beiden waren überfordert und riefen den Filialleiter. Nach eine gefühlten halben Stunde diskutierten war das Ende vom Lied , dass ich den Artikel nicht umtauschen konnte. Mein Mann ging später nochmal rein und dann ging es. Nachdem ich mich beim Kundenservice beschwert hatte, rief mich der Filialleiter an und entschuldigte sich für die Situation. Das ist aber auch schon das einzig positive Erlebnis, dass ich mit ihm hatte. Hingehen werde ich trotzdem nie wieder. Ist ein Laden mit unsympathischem Personal. Preferably not a star. Wanted to exchange something. The cashier was a blast ... couldn't change a sentence with me properly. Then get a colleague, she was the big hit ... says I didn't buy the item there because it isn't there for sale at all. Then I mentioned the receipt I was holding in my hand several times. Was then simply ignored and she continues puzzling with her colleague. Then I just popped the receipt on the counter. The two were overwhelmed and called the branch manager. After what felt like half an hour of discussion, the end of the story was that I couldn't exchange the item. My husband went back in later and then it went. After complaining to customer service, the store manager called me and apologized for the situation. But that's the only positive experience I've had with him. Still, I'll never go there again. Is a shop with unsympathetic staff.

L	Liz Arista Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab 2020 nach fester mündlicher Zusage meinen Job gekündigt, nur damit der Chef mich daraufhin ewig nicht anrief um mir die Startzeit des festgelegten Datums zu nennen, um mir dann zu sagen „äh, weil du äh hier schonmal gearbeitet hast äh geht das vertraglich nicht sorry“ Hätte man auch früher abklären können. Nur habe ich damals unter anderer Führung bei Toys R US gearbeitet also weiß ich nicht inwiefern mich das hindert bei Smyths Toys zu arbeiten. Naja jedenfalls hab’s deswegen damals Ärger mit der Krankenkasse weil ich ja unter 25 arbeitslos wurde. Die Schulden zahl ich jetzt noch ab. „Äh sorry“ war da nicht gut genug. Heute versucht dort einzukaufen. Impfpass hatte ich dabei aber wegen meiner Sporttasche keinen Ausweis. Gut, dumm gelaufen. Andererseits sind meine Daten ja anscheinend so gut widerlegt dass ich nicht dort arbeiten darf also müssten sie ja Kopie meines Lichtbildausweises haben. Ist eh zu teuer da. ✌? I quit my job in 2020 after a firm verbal commitment, just so that the boss didn't call me for ages to tell me the start time of the set date and then say "uh, because you've worked here before, uh, sorry, that's not contractually possible " Could have been clarified earlier. But I was working at Toys R US under different management at the time, so I don't know how that prevents me from working at Smyths Toys. Well, at least that's why I was in trouble with the health insurance company because I became unemployed when I was 25. I'm still paying off the debt. "Uh sorry" wasn't good enough. Tried to shop there today. I didn't have my vaccination card with me because of my sports bag. Good, stupid. On the other hand, my data seems to have been refuted so well that I'm not allowed to work there, so they should have a copy of my photo ID. It's too expensive there. ✌?
K	King Mo Idrissou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vollkommen grauer und liebloser Laden. Man hat eher das Gefühl, man befindet sich in einem Lager wo jemand sein altes Spielzeug loswerden möchte. Dafür sind die Preise aber ganz schön frech. Zudem sind die Maßnahmen für einen sicheren Einkauf während der Pandemie überhaupt nicht gegeben. Eine Zumutung durch und durch - vor allem für Kinder. Completely gray and loveless shop. You have the feeling that you are in a warehouse where someone wants to get rid of their old toys. But the prices are pretty cheeky. In addition, the measures for safe shopping during the pandemic are not in place at all. An imposition through and through - especially for children.

Nathan at SMITH'S TOYS & GAMES replied immediately to my requests and the package was delivered in excellent condition. A delay occurred in the customs, TNT involved too, but when I contacted Nathan, everything was taken care of and set. Surely, due to Brexit the price was a bit too expensive but overall experience was excellent so let's say we are even. If you think about purchasing something from SMITH'S TOYS & GAMES, just do it without any second thought. Thank you guys!
