★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flatmate and I order from here all the time. And the quality of the food has improved, but i've now placed a small order for 1 person, and it's 1.5hrs since i've ordered. The service over the phone from the restaurant (over 30mins ago) was sub-par as he told me "yeah we're busy, it'll be there in 10 mins". It's still not here. The more irritating thing is the receptionist, who should have called me to let me know the order was going to be late, didn't bother and when i phoned it, he passed the phone to a delivery driver. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1,5 hour wait. Sushi is well filled but not fresh anymore by the time it arrived. The edamame clearly came from a fridge and the handroll and springrolls were very soggy. Made it all very chewy. Could be better if they prepared shortly before it gets picked up by delivery, instead of letting it sog and get old while they wait for the delivery man to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly doubt the expertise of this place. Sushi was old and looked nasty. Wasabi didn’t even taste anything like the fake wasabi you’d expect. Even the friggin paste in a plastic cup tasted old/tasteless. Do yourself a favour and find a place which is consistent in delivering taste, quality and expertise.
If something doesn’t look right, it probably ain’t right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost two hours for my order. Called the restaurant to ask when my order was going to arrive. Apologies because it was too busy I suggest you should have put in an order stop to at least get it out on time. Came in looking like it was rolled by a bulldozer. I guess unagi is scarce? Everything fried to death. It can happen that food is late, however the quality? Never again. Spent 65 euros.
