β β β β β 2 months ago, I bought a ring in in this shop an I brought it back to the same store the next day.
I was told that the purchase amount will be returned to my credit card (I got a receipt for that).
However, this amount has not been refunded to me until today.

β β β β β They lost a ring while send it for a repair ( falling stone after one month) They offered other colours and type since that was the last from the collection. I tried myself to find it in several countries calling to different Swarovski stores. I decided that it was not my fault and they should return the money so I declined my efforts. Good that this happened because I bought a real diamond ring in a store across the Dam. After hesitating, they decided to refund my money.. service was ok at least the girl who helped me the most from the beginning tried to help.

Unbelievable what kinds of things are happening here.. If your not a white-person you will get very insulted by this woman.. This woman should be fired today!
Bought a watch and some other collectables in a other Swarovski store..
(collecting Swarovski items for more than 10 years) But this shop gave me the worst experience you could ever imagine.
