β β β β β They will NOT help you. They are either incompetent or disinterested. Even if you buy a 1000+ euro phone, they will not be able to give you accurate info on the calling plans (e.g. whatβs EU and whatβs not), nor will they help you migrate the settings from your old phone, nor put on the screen protector (that they sell).

β β β β β Horrible treatment by the staff there today. I have been their client for 2 years and today I decided to go renew my contract since it will expire in a couple of months, and along with that I was planning to buy a new iPhone to pay in installments. The employee who serviced me literally told me in my face that because Iβm not Dutch he will not sell me a phone and only told me it is because i do not have a Dutch ID. I asked him several times what other document they could use because I am a EU citizen and I did already have a contract with them so it makes no sense that all of a sudden it is impossible. Yet, I received no explanation and the guy was quick to dismiss me so he can go back to chatting with his colleague. I am appaled by this discriminatory policy and have lodged an official complaint. This is ridiculous. I went across the street at Vodafone and received marvelous service from their employees who informed me that it is possible to sign a contract with my passport.
T-Mobile, this is no way to treat a client that has been with you for 2 years. Just because I am not Dutch doesnβt mean I am any less a citizen in this country - I study, pay my tuition fee, work, pay my taxes and my rent.

β β β β β Appalling service to existing T-Mobile customers, staff have no idea what theyβre doing and are rude. They accused me of taking my phone elsewhere to be fixed (itβs under warranty, I did not take it anywhere else) and used that as an excuse not to help me. Three separate members of staff lied to me (deliberately mis-translating Dutch documents, denying notes which were left on my account on their system, and saying they didnβt know what a βmanagerβ was) and when I had TMobile head office on the phone who wanted to speak with them to tell them they were contractually obligated to provide me with a replacement phone, one staff member tried to hang up the call whilst the phone was still in my hand. When I stopped him I was asked to leave the store.
Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Fortunately thereβs another T-Mobile store around the corner where the whole thing got sorted out in a few minutes, demonstrating just how APPALLING they are in the shop on Spui.

β β β β β Ofcourse the salesman has to sell and he did a pretty good job selling. My husband also got a relatively good deal for his new high end Samsung phone.
Still... I always wonder if he would have sold it to his mother or father the same way he sold it to us.

β β β β β I never thought that I would experience this level of service from a Tmobile store. Fadi was a amazing sales person and extremely helpful. I'm definitely purchasing stuff from there again.
