How did they manage to get such a β€˜good’ rating? Surely for every solution they are having a problem. Please don’t use them, in case there is an issue, the parcel might never arrive! Nightmare. Would be easy to solve by contacting someone on site but that’s not what they do!

Too bad there is no 0 stars option. Whenever i have the bad luck to get my items delivered by DHL, the postman doesnt even ring the bell. Everytime i see their stupid note on my door even if i have been waiting for them the whole day.

Absolutely horrendous service. Waitied for my package to be delivered to my address, when it was indeed delivered, the driver rang my bell once and immediately proceeded to go back to his van and drive away as when I made it downstairs to open my door he was already driving away. I now have to go pick up the package God knows where because the delivery man was not bothered to wait 1 minute for me to come downstairs to open the door. I will make sure I will not use DHL services ever again and will strongly disencourage my friends to do so.

This is the worst DHL service i have ever experienced in my life, and i have lived and worked in 4 continents! I have ordered the package 2 weeks ago It was delivered to parcel on weekend I went to pick it up on Monday - was not there I called them, they said the curries picked it up Of course, they have no idea why Then the real circus starts "Call the shipper" "We cant help you" M'F** IT IS LITERALY YOUR JOB! Told me one thing, told the shipper the other Missed called me, then said it was for no reason Until today, nobody knows where the package is... IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED LOCAL DELIVERABLE PACKAGE, AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED IT. NOT ONLY THAT, NOBODY KNOW WHERE THE PACKAGE IS, AND THEY ARE PUTTING ALL THE BLAME ON THE SHIPPER! TAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY OF YOUR BUSINESS, YOU UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT AND POOR EXCUSE OF A FRANCHISE!

I'm an expat recently moved to the NL in order to work. I speak English and learn Dutch, but in public places speak English for better understanding. When I came to one of DHL service points to collect a parcel, the worker told me: "You should speak Dutch, it's so easy to learn it". So I'd like to reply to the whole DHL company: "You should deliver parcels always at a CORRECT ADDRES, it's so easy not to mix addresses up!"
