N	Nivong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cafe in the middle of Utrecht center. Nice bar staff and really relaxed atmosphere. The prices are a bit on the high side but it's logical if you look at the location where it is. The food here is also great !

No more ‘bread’ left either, but strangely there was some other bread left for the ‘Dutch grilled sandwich’. We had two old cheese ones for €6 each, turned out to be a couple of over toasted and slightly burned supermarket slices with a single slice of cheese stuffed in between. A small bonus was the sachet of Remia ketchup they gave us to get it down with. The ’fried egg on toast with ham and cheese’ had a broken egg yolk and soggy bread. Service was okay though.

Simple food options for breakfast or lunch only: (grilled) sandwiches, salads, soup or fries, or typical Dutch bar snacks.

We've been waiting 30 minutes for a cola and a bottle of water (and it was hot and sunny so we were really thirsty), we had to call the waitress to see if it was everything ok with our order and then our drinks finally arrived. After that we waited other 40 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches while everyone around us was already eating. I had to go ask the waitress again to see if there were any problems in the kitchen and they told us to wait 10 minutes more. In the end we ordered at 13.30 and we ate at 14.45.
