★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogante verkoper die onze medewerker in de kou laat staan met een niet werkend zakelijk nummer. Alles kunnen ze telefonische afhandelen maar in een winkel is men daartoe niet genegen, te belachelijk voor woorden.
Arrogant salesperson who leaves our employee out in the cold with a non-working business number. They can handle everything over the phone, but people are not inclined to do so in a shop, too ridiculous for words.

Went to this place to add some more services to my contract, but was told by the manager that they did not have any time for me even though I am private and business customer. Granted the employee tried to help but the Manager told his own employee to stop helping me because we are not important and to focus on new customers. I have never witnessed such horrendous service by any company and Tmobile should take responsibilty for hiring such a person and putting him in charge of anything. I certainly hope that no one expericenes this kind of service and hope that Tmobile will take action.
