Not one can contact because you are fake company . You are only take from customer bank accounts with out any responsibility . Shame on T.MOBILE shame shame

Stay away from this thieves! I needed internet as I came to Netherlands and the T-Mobile shop was convenient in a walk distance to me. They've promised stuff no one can give you and I purchased an allover package. They are stealing money from my account, even if I am already far away from Netherlands and sent all equipment back in December. Not to say, that as the internet connection broke, we had to wait 1 whole Month! to get a cable changed. I had to extra ask multiple times for help and also extra ask for not charging me for the month we didn't had connection. Not to forget how rude some agents react to English speaker. I strongly recommend everyone to find another provider in case he want good service for good price, without getting something you'd never need and being not able to get rid of it! The shop can't help, as they can ONLY SELL. To cancel and give back the equipment you HAVE TO HAVE DUTCH NUMBER or you pay until the end of your days. I am absolutely indignatious. Big NO NO.

Very bad service. Customer service just keep giving the excuses. For a technical problem need to wait over a week for a technician and during the problem time they offered a free voucher but for that I have to bind myself with monthly subscription. Every staff give different information. Am just waiting for the end of my subscription and I will never use their service.

Don't normally like to complain, but horrible service. Have been waiting for 2 months now on my glass fiber internet. In the mean time they won't provide me with a temporary connection and they also take no action to get their contractors going. Seems like they are making their money to easily as monopolist in the glass fiber business in The Hague.

Horrible experience. Extremely rude customer care. They promise they will call you later but never do. Never got an answer for any email I have sent. After (obviously) cancelling my service I sent back my modem. T mobile still took away €165 a few weeks later saying I hadn't deliver the modem back. The misunderstanding was acknowledged now, but still I haven't got my money back. No joke, stay away from this company! Really!
