NOOIT KLANT WORDEN!, Klant van 2 abbonementen, wacht nu al 2 maanden op €300 euro van jullie na een systeem fout. Ik bel elke 2 weken met klanten service verder heel vriendelijk maar kan niks betekenen Op financieel afdeling. Evenals dat ik op geld wacht wacht ik ook op een bruikbaar toestel. Schande als bedrijf zijnde ben al 2 maanden bezig en gaat uren tijd in het bellen zitten. Zodra het kan overstappen.
NEVER BECOME A CUSTOMER !, Customer of 2 subscriptions, has been waiting for € 300 euros from you for 2 months after a system error. I call every 2 weeks with customer service, otherwise very friendly but I can not mean anything In the financial department. As well as waiting for money, I also wait for a usable device. Racist company!!! They refused my "abonnement" just because I haven't dutch citizen, when I'm legal resident in this country for more than 2 years!! They have none reason why they could refuse my suscripcion, no one!!!

The worst customer service. Each time i call the customer service to find a solution for a problem i had with my simcard they just transfer my call to another employee. You need to train your employees and explain to them the customerΒ΄s importance. Furthermore , i am waiting for an answer from them since months , each time they say that they will call and they did not .

I suggest you to keep away from this provider! I was CONSTANTLY over charged. When trying to figure it out with the costumer service, they always had illusive answers and never gave me the feeling that I they're on my side and want to solve the issue. I think that I ended up paying at least €150 more than what I should have. The extra star is for the decently functioning 3G. Nevertheless - Suggest to choose a different provider.
