R	Roman Tymchyshyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the most of negative feedbacks For unknown reason, it took more about 1hr to serve a soup and chicken curry .. I had a dinner with a group of colleagues and this happened to few of us, one person was served twice, first time after 1hr of waiting and the second time with the same order by mistake after 1,5hrs The staff here is very friendly but some are very disorganised It was pretty busy but not fully loaded. Disappointed as expectations and prices suggest about different level of service Please action as the hotel is really nice!

It takes ages to place an order, then they get it wrong, and then when they finally manage to get over to you, it tastes like it was microwaved. About 10 tables were waited by at least 7 staff which at every restaurant I know is more than enough. If you happen to stay at the Park Inn, don't make a mistake of trying to dine here - you will be disgusted. A disgrace. Next time I will order Uber Eats.

After more waiting we had to get a waiters attention to take our order. He was unfamiliar with the menu and we had to point at the menu items which he had to copy slowly. Then they messed up the order, and one of us didn't get their food until everyone had already finished. The food, although pricey, was good.
M	Matthew Flavhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished a quick meal here, and was impressed. Staff was friendly, both food and beverage appeared quickly. Food was good, just the right amount...kind of off my bodies schedule and just wanted a quick bite. Waitress checked on me a couple times, and settling the check was fast too. They were not full, but there were probably 12 or 13 tables being used at 8:30 on a Friday night, a few seats open at the bar. Overall it was a perfect relaxed dining experience.

If you decide to have dinner as well, prepare yourself for almost an hour just to get your drink and then another to receive the food (which is not good at all). I could understand the waiting if the restaurant was busy but there were only 3 tables occupied.
K	Ken L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate here with a group of colleagues after a meeting in the hotel, and strongly recommend trying to find somewhere else to eat if at all possible. The food was average, the wine selection was poor (we were told that we only had a choice of one red and one white wine, both of which were of below average quality), and the service was awful. It took more than 2.5 hours for our main courses to arrive, and after 3 hours I gave up waiting for dessert. During that time, many other customers arrived, were served and left. Repeated requests for service was met with poor excuses about a small kitchen and a large group that arrived at about the same time we did. I am surprised at how terrible the restaurant is in this otherwise acceptable hotel. So unless you are stuck, you should try to find somewhere else to eat.

The ambience in the restaurant is very cozy and weather permitting there is a Nice opportunity to sit outside enjoying the colorfull Scheme of the hotel. Not overly crowded when I was there and the staff did there Best to make me fell comforted.
