★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently staying here. This place is not a normal hotel, it is a building ran by a great host who has a few rooms. You are treated as if you're in a hotel with the best service you're hooked up with coffee, new sheets, turn down service and tips around the area. This is an area we we're unfamiliar with too but now I'm convinced we will be coming back here. It's so close to everything, literally. It's also quiet which is so awesome for some lazy travelers like us. Don't shy away from this place because there isn't a lobby...you're treated with a more personal touch here much like an air bnb with your host at your every need. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful room and both Roeland and Roy are really friendly and extremely helpful. The room is clean with personal touches and the bed is really comfortable. The location is great and whilst central it's not too noisy. Would definitely recommend

Roeland was very friendly and helpful, if you don't see him in person you can always contact him by email.
Excellent B&B for those looking to experience the real Amsterdam!

very close to everything but far enough to have local experience.
the area is great.
the room is better than in the pictures and the view is perfect.
the attention to details, the good taste used to decorate the rooms makes it a 5 star.
there are coffee and beverages at no extra cost in your room.
Roeland is an excellent host and his advice about where to go and when is priceless.
all and all
i would definitely recommend the place.
