β β β β β Great value. The hotel is located in the city center yet in a quiet neighbourhood, close to most of the touristic activities. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was kind and extremely helpful: special mention to Ahmet who did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely recommend Krisotel and come back if we visit Amsterdam again.

β β β β β We stayed for 4 nights in a small bedroom with double bed. From our first entrance we were greated with generous help from reception staff. Room was small as its name says but very cleverly put with all ammenities neccessary. Room service anf cleanliness were on point. Continental breakfast was very good. Plus points for free coffee in room and lobby, aswell luggae service on the day of check in and check out.

β β β β β The hotel was very nice and in a good location. The main reason that I am giving the hotel five stars is because the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. One man at the front desk (I wish I knew his name) assisted us with getting the results from our Covid test that we needed for our upcoming flight back to the states. He got on the phone with the test center and eventually got the test results delivered to our email. Then he printed it for us! Don't know what we would have done without him and we will be forever grateful!

β β β β β Besides a perfect location to everything you want to do and see in Amsterdam, the room was perfect. Slept 4 persons comfortably, and you have access to delicious coffee all day and night.
But I must say what was most important was the staff, everyone we talked to from the minute we walked through the door was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area and things to do. Our stay at the Krisotel Amsterdam made our entire trip to Amsterdam. Thank you Ahmet, Miranda, and Feroz!

β β β β β Stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are spotless & of high standards, the staff are so nice & pleasant & helpful, its within walking distance to most the attractions 30mins being the longest walk. highly recommend it, would definitely stay here again

β β β β β Room size like a coffin. Too small on my opinion, for gnomes. But service of hotel was perfect. People so open minded, friendly. It was pleasant to stay this place - because of people who worked there.
