★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer experience, actually my worst in a luxury shop. From the moment I entered the shop until the moment I left, I’ve never felt welcome. Was it because I was with my 10 years old son or wearing casual clothes, I don’t know, but I did not enjoy the contempt I could see on the saleswoman face.
I wanted to buy a gift for my 16 years old daughter, the Love ring, in gold, unfortunately they did not have the right size, well that happens...I suggested her to call the other shop, I felt as though as I’ve professed the biggest insult ! And at no point she tried to show me other items or make suggestions. That’s why I’ve left, without buying anything, telling her how I thought the experience was, no reaction from her...
Too bad, I’ll go to Chanel instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot honestly say I frequent this establishment, so I'll admit this was more of a one off visit. Due to the current situation the store took strict measures to ensure the safety of it's customers, and thus allowed just a few customers to enter. I this meant I had to wait in line for a while, but considering the situation I in fact appreciated the care they took to ensure my safety. Although my visit was rather short, as I had already called in beforehand, I can say the in-store experience was quite enjoyable as well. Thank God for air-conditioning, after waiting in the sun for around half an hour, cooling down was very nice. The staff was friendly and professional, and I now realize I haven't a bad comment to make about this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so kind here. I remember the first time l step foot in here as a teenager (not buying anything, just looking) and one of the ladies took the time to explain the history of tiffany and what each collection was inspired from.
Now l come here every year for my birthday to pick a gift and everytime l got helped by very kind ladies!
