Na zelf het bed gemonteerd te hebben bleek het 160 cm ipv 180 cm breed te zijn Na melding werd na 2 dagen de juiste breedte gebracht en gemonteerd. Ondanks dit toch 5 sterren voor de snel geboden service!!! Nice help in the store! Upon delivery of the bed, neatly delivered to the bedroom floor. After mounting the bed myself, it turned out to be 160 cm instead of 180 cm wide After notification, the correct width was brought and installed after 2 days. Despite this 5 stars for the fast service provided!!!

Ik werd serieus genomen en werd niet gezien als een window shopper door hun, dat had ik bij een andere zaak in Doemere helaas wel. Ze luisterde goed naar mijn wensen, ze nam rustig de tijd om door al mijn vragen heen te lopen, ze dacht ook goed mee en al met al was het een top ervaring en ben ik blij met mijn bestelling. Nogmaals bedankt Pauline, voor de uitstekende service. Pauline has helped me tremendously. I was taken seriously and was not seen as a window shopper by them, unfortunately I was at another store in Doemere. She listened carefully to my wishes, she took the time to go through all my questions, she also thought along well and all in all it was a great experience and I am happy with my order. Thanks again Pauline, for the excellent service.

Er wordt naar je gevraagd en geluisterd wat je klachten zijn, goede uitleg gehad over boxspring bed, wel/geen electrische bed, de juiste topping enz. Bedankt Frans, we kunnen niet wachten op onze boxspring bed en we komen zeker gezellig langs om een bakkie te doen. Ha ha We went here to look for ideas as we have had previous experience with totalBED (negative experience with better bed) so we went to totalBED. You will be asked and listened to what your complaints are, you have had a good explanation about box spring bed, whether or not an electric bed, the right topping, etc. Thank you Frans, we can't wait for our box spring bed and we will certainly come by for a cup of coffee to do. ha ha

When I purchased the mattress we agreed that payment would be done at the delivery and they would bring the mattress to the first floor and assemble/prepare it. A few hours before the delivery, the shop calls me saying that I misunderstood and they cannot ship the mattress until I go there to pay the full amount. After a second call where I am complaining, they accept to pay at the delivery but cash only. The driver left the two layers of the mattress at the door. I had to beg the driver to help me bringing the mattress upstair, where I had to open it and assemble it by myself. In conclusion, Totaal Bed only cares when it comes to making promises and collecting the money.
