Nee we werden niet opgedrongen om iets te kopen.
Heb naar goed advies mijn nieuwe matras gekocht.
We zullen klant blijven en als er iets nieuws gekocht moet worden voor in de slaapkamer dan gaan we naar totaalbed

No we were not forced to buy anything.
I bought my new mattress according to good advice.
We will remain customers and if something new has to be bought for the bedroom, we will go to the total bed

Eerlijk en professioneel advies van Rilana en Ilse. Daarnaast waren deze dames ook betrokken, uiterst vriendelijk en dachten goed mee. Daar kan menig concurrent wat van leren. Voor een uitstekende klantervaring raad ik deze zaak absoluut aan!

In addition, these ladies were also involved, extremely friendly and thought along well. Many competitors can learn from that. I absolutely recommend this place for an excellent customer experience!
