Heb er dus helaas best lang op moeten wachten en zelf een aantal keer ervoor moeten bellen. Uiteindelijk wel excuses ontvangen en een compensatie. TV cabinet received in September. Unfortunately this turned out to be incomplete. Received the missing parts after 2 months. So unfortunately I had to wait quite a long time and had to call a few times for it. Finally received an apology and compensation.
C	Carla Cornelissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een aantal jaren geleden 2 tweezits banken gekocht bij Trendhopper waarvan de polyurethaan bekleding begon af te bladderen. Bij navraag bleek dat dit bij deze bekleding vaker voorkwam, dus we mochten naar de winkel komen om andere banken uit te zoeken, met een tegemoetkoming. Maar we vonden niet wat we zochten, waarna Trendhopper bij de leverancier van de oude bank een model heeft gevonden wat erg op ons oude model leek. We hebben vervolgens in de winkel de bekleding uitgezocht en hebben een heel mooie korting gekregen op de nieuwe banken. De banken zijn in juli bezorgd en we zijn er héél erg blij mee! Heel erg bedankt Bart en Karin voor alle hulp en de fantastische service! A few years ago we had bought 2 two-seater sofas at Trendhopper whose polyurethane upholstery was starting to peel off. Upon inquiry, it turned out that this was more common with this upholstery, so we were allowed to come to the store to look for other banks, with an allowance. But we didn't find what we were looking for, after which Trendhopper found a model at the supplier of the old sofa that was very similar to our old model. We then selected the upholstery in the store and received a very nice discount on the new sofas. The benches were delivered in July and we are very happy with them! Thank you very much Bart and Karin for all the help and the fantastic service!
J	Johanna M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben hier een bank gekocht die al na 1 jaar enorm ging pluizen en daarna ook nog doorgezakt is (bij normaal gebruik) en de klantenservice is niet te bereiken en mails worden niet beantwoord. Update 13-1-2022: Naar aanleiding van deze review heeft trendhopper contact met ons opgenomen en er is vandaag iemand geweest om de bank netjes te repareren. Zeer goede reparatie waarin de bank echt netjes is gemaakt en ook de poten die uit balans waren goed zijn gezet en veren weer goed vastgemaakt. Wij kunnen weer met plezier zitten! Hartelijk dank voor deze zeer goede service! We bought a sofa here that started fluffing after 1 year and then also sagged (with normal use) and customer service is unreachable and emails are not answered. Update 13-1-2022: As a result of this review, trendhopper contacted us and someone came today to neatly repair the sofa. Very good repair in which the sofa has been made really neat and also the legs that were out of balance have been put well and the springs have been reattached. We can sit with pleasure again! Thank you very much for this very good service!

We bought chairs and the box of the chairs is opened by their employees and we never received the box (it did not fit the car with the box). Now we cannot return it without the box. They even did not let me to check the warehouse if they still have the box. The worse thing is that they have no interest to please you even if they cannot really solve your problem. Edit: They called me afterwards and accepted the return. Hopefully they will be more careful next time with the next customer.
