★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonathan can be found at Wilhelminapark or at the flower market at Janskerkhof in the centre of Utrecht.
I’ve had a cup of tea from him a while ago and, wow, soo good. He really knows his stuff, helps you select the exact drink you want at that moment.
Today I had a vegan hot chocolate and it’s the best hot chocolate I’ve had in years. Super creamy, exact the right amount of cocoa and perfectly sweet. And: he didn’t add any sugar, just cocoa, plant milk and a tiny amount of spices.
Highly recommended.
And he’s a very nice person too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ukiyo Koffie is a unique pop up, If you are in a hurry or want to kick back Ukiyo got your back. It is an experience and a treat to have a coffee made by this guy. Every cups are curated to you due to Johny's service which is on point. I am looking forward to have some delicious Koffie once i am back.

A ray of sunshine for Utrecht, serving up love in a cup and good music to go with it, keep an eye out for him riding around the city. Your day will be infinitely improved by meeting him and getting a drink and snack from his bike stand. Much love amigo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best coffee in Utrecht! Pour over drip coffee prepared for you with love. Also, try the iced nitro coffee on tap on a warm day, it's refreshing and delicious! The menu changes, so follow them on instagram (@ukiyokoffie) for the specialty of the day and to know where to find the bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is actually worthy of your attention when you spot Ukiyo at his pop-up locations: the genius bike, lovely conversations, puzzels, healthy goodies and coffee/tea of course. Also, I have to mention his page on instagram has the greatest content - the kind of stories that makes you want to start your day in the morning. Keep up the good work Jonathan! I'm a fan now.
