★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespresso outlets like these are well designed, fitted out with the finest coffee products a connoisseur can get. The best of the best. On the other hand, Nespresso marketing tactic wherein one receive a coupon to redeem for free coffee products (with reminders sent to me over email to use the coupon) get a cold schoulder from the fine print wherein one has to buy more in order to get the free deal isn't that nice and makes a loyal customer, unloyal. I tearned my coupon up in that outlet, after a sales lady has explained to me the finer details. It will take a long time before I will use any Nespresso products again. Dissatisfied in the true sense of marketing manipulation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The speed with which they attend to customers is so fundamentally slow that last time I just walked out after a while. And mind you - it wasn't even a busy moment! I understand the "making each client feel special" mentality but keep in mind that this also comes at a cost for those waiting next in line! Be efficient: Have a line just for people who want to pick up capsules and separate ones for those with additional questions / needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars goes to the passionate sales guy who explained everything in detail. Another customer came in and it wasn't even a busy moment! but somehow we were ignored and that other customer got serviced first. Maybe each one of the (I think I saw) 5 people working there had their own speciality but if it weren’t for the friendly sales guy I wouldn’t have felt the "making each client feel special" mentality. There was no tasting. Only talking about flavours which might best fit the person. Very strange experience and we came out with mixed feelings. I would’ve spend more if I had been impressed with the shop. I don’t want to visit a shop where it depends on who helps you to get the expected service. I am not even a B2C customer. I am a B2B customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a huge, flagship type boutique and what you’d expect in this location in Utrech. Even with the Covid restrictions this flowed well. Although I was the only person shopping here.
Good looking staff working there and they were constantly organizing and restocking.
I think the Nespresso store in the station feels a bit more welcoming but it was late in the day here.
