Enlightened .... Order made and paid. Never had no confirmation. Telephone is not answered and contact form gives an error if you want to send it ... Contact for explanation and questions is therefore not possible ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas opgelicht door dit bedrijf. Een aantal maanden geleden een dubbele inductieplaat besteld. Een poos niets meer gehoord terwijl het voor 17:00 besteld was, volgende dag in huis zou zijn. Toen ik na een week nog niets had ontvangen en dat meldde, is mij toen een enkele inductieplaat verzonden. Hier weer een melding van gemaakt, helaas wordt er nergens op gereageerd, zowel telefonisch als mailcontact niet. Meerdere bedrijven ingeschakeld om mij te helpen, maar helaas zonder resultaat. Lieve mensen, bestel alsjeblieft niet bij dit bedrijf.
Unfortunately scammed by this company. A double induction plate was ordered a few months ago. Heard nothing for a while while it was ordered before 5:00 pm, would be home the next day. When I had received nothing after a week and reported it, a single induction plate was sent to me. Again a report made of this, unfortunately nothing is being responded to, neither by telephone nor by email. Several companies brought in to help me, but unfortunately without results. Dear people, please do not order from this company.
