Man hat mir zugesagt für einen Job, hat mir einen Vordruck des Arbeitsvertrags zugeschickt. Es kam mir da schon spanisch vor, dass ich nie eine ausgedruckte und unterschriebene Version gesehen habe. 5 Tage bevor ich hätte anfangen sollen, bekam ich eine Mail mit vorgefertigter Aussage, dass man mir viel Glück bei der weiteren Arbeitssuche wünsche. Fünf Tage vor dem Einstellungstermin. Natürlich habe ich angerufen, mir wurde ein Rückruf versprochen, auf den ich bis heute, 2 Wochen später, vergeblich warte. Ich habe mit der Sache abgeschlossen und kann nur sagen, dass ich dieses Verhalten nicht in Ordnung fand. Welcher Mensch findet binnen fünf Tagen einen neuen Job? Als Fazit kann ich festhalten, dass ich froh bin, nicht bei einem Unternehmen gelandet zu sein, welches auf diese Weise mit seinen Mitarbeitern umgeht. Es tut mir leid, mein Feedback auf diese Weise geben zu müssen. Allerdings sehe ich keine andere Möglichkeit mangels der Rückmeldung. Ich möchte nicht diskutieren, sondern besagte Erfahrung hier unkommentiert stehen lassen. In itself a very nice looking office, but I had to have an unpleasant experience. Nachdem man zwei Wochen vor Ablauf der Probezeit gekündigt wurde wegen persönlicher Angelegenheiten die dem Arbeitgeber nicht passen wird man gefragt ob man die Urlaubstage ausbezahlt haben will oder ob man die einfach lässt ohne sie in Anspruch genommen zu haben oder ausgezahlt zu bekommen. Außerdem melden sie wichtige Angaben für Arbeitslosengeld 1 nicht dem Arbeitsamt und nach 3 Monaten hat man immernoch nicht die letzte Abrechnung.
