★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service. Om 15:15u had ik een afspraak en ben pas om 17:17 uur geholpen. De medewerkers voelden zich blijkbaar niet geroepen om hier hun excuses voor aan te bieden. Het is maar dat ik afhankelijk van hen was, want anders was ik weggegaan om daar nooit meer terug te keren.
 Very poor service. At 3:15 pm I had an appointment and I was only helped at 5:17 pm. The employees apparently did not feel compelled to apologize for this. It is only that I was dependent on them, otherwise I would have left never to return there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an outfit with sole purpose to shake down for whatever cash they have. They charge outrageous fees, are very unclear on what documents are required for a visa. Staff is very friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast in organising for Visas. Friendly staff.Documents safely sent on mail back to you. Very convenient. You can however only pay with a debit card. No credit cards folks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgraceful and very unprofessional. Received an sms to fetch my passport. Arrived and am told that I have to wait for 20 minutes. There are currently 8 people who have been waiting for 30 minutes already. Surely.....surely there must be at least one person here with common sense to deal with this. NOT difficult...call the person, scan their receipt and issue them their passport!!! Three people here all handling applications. One person should stop...take three minutes to issue to everyone waiting and then go back to the applications. Intensely stupid. Zero client engagement either. Such a waste of time. Employ people friendly and competent people. Hugely dissatisfied.

It should be noted they dont accept payment by credit Card only Debit card.
They can also make your passport photo during the interview.
