★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blij met onze twee fietsen. Helaas wat service moeten krijgen maar die krijg je dan ook! Monteurs zoeken meteen naar oplossingen en helpen je prima vooruit.
 Happy with our two bikes. Unfortunately had to get some service but you get it! Technicians immediately look for solutions and help you move forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte winkel ooit koop daar geen fiets ik ben mijn fiets al 4 weken kwijt bijna 5 weken de eigenaar geeft zelf aan dat het een slechte fiets is toen ik hem.kocht was het een goeie fiets voor mij kind in mee te vervoeren maar toen ik vroeg hoe dat kan na dat Hun de remmen eerder hadden gemaakt kreeg ik niet te horen van eigenaars zelf ik zit al.met redactie te praten
Bad shop ever buy a bike there I've lost my bike for 4 weeks almost 5 weeks the owner himself indicates that it is a bad bike when I bought it. it was a good bike for my child to transport but when I asked how is that possible after Hun had made the brakes before I didn't hear from the owners themselves I'm already talking to the editors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verwacht geen service of klantvriendelijkheid na verloop van je garantie op je fiets. Zeker niet bij medewerker Mo en zijn baas Koen. Kennen het woord coulance niet. Volle mep betalen en anders ophoepelen met je fiets die net over de garantiedatum is gegaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VMG are the closest bicycle store to me and they are also the closest Haibike dealership by some distance (I'm looking for an eMTB). I was quite concerned after reading some of the reviews, but popped into their store just to buy some new valves for my commuter bike. I needed two and they gave me three at no cost! Good and friendly service too!
