S	Simone Saletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dutch/Asian employee unfortunately didn't get his name was absolutely appalled by his attitude towards myself and another customer the other customer that had a viable question he actually ended up walking out beacuse of this employees attitude! If this is going to be their attitude maybe he should choose a job not involving customer service! He's giving vodafone a bad name!
G	Gezi Fu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff very friendly but if you try to call the store, there is absolutely no way. And if you call the general vodaphone number, everything is in dutch, and automatic respond. There is no person you can talk to. Very frustrating.

It took a few days to correct, so no internet. Most of the Vodafone phone support staff spoke English and were quite helpful.
M	Marina Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to vodafone shop around 12:30 and I just want to say thank you to the guy who sorted everything out for me. He is just brilliant, is the best person working in customer service that I never seen. I have been a few times in this shops, when he was there, I left happy, he always give the best solutions and the best products according with what you need. When he was not there, the person who I was served for was not helpful at all, I have a few problems and I wanted to cancel ziggo, but ended cancelling everything because he said I can not have a line in my phone without ziggo. When I went today, this great worker told me was possible to keep my number, but now already I did cancel everything and sign in with another company. I am pretty sure, if the person who was working today was the one who helped me the another day, today I was still vodafone customer. Anyway thank you for listen, help and be kind all the time, you should be rewarded by your company for your excellent job, and I really hope you will. Thank you, Marina.
N	Neti24 As on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. My boyfriend and I came in to buy a sim. The store was empty with two staff membets. The staff member we reached to pointed at a paper which says how to do it on your own. I could have understand if the store was crowded and busy but there was no one else but us. My boyfriend asked him again nicely if he could help us and when he did he wasn't courteous. Actually he was kind of rude. We've been travelling Europe a lot and we have never gotten such a bad service at Vodafone.

Went to the shop to get 2 mobile subscriptions and 1 Ziggo internet package, after 45mins they said they cannot make the subscriptions because the system is not working, they promised that they will call me later to complete the process. Not only that I was not called, but after a few days I found out that I had 3 different mobile subscriptions in my name, the biggest possible, and one of them was for business, using a Dutch bank account number of a company that I've never heard of. They most likely tried to scam me... One month later I still receive invoices although they said that everything is cancelled. #scam #shame #Vodafone #fraud

The system was crashing due to overload at Black Friday and had to re-do the contract 3 times until it goes through. My card was charged double and I expect the refund within 6 weeks. Shame on you Vodafone. It wasn’t really the store’s fault that is why I do not give low ratings. The staff tried to help as much as possible.
