Zelfs in deze "Corona"-tijd ruim de tijd genomen om een nieuwe oogmeting te doen en advies te geven over de nieuw aan te schaffen brillen voor mijn vrouw en mijzelf. Bij het ophalen van de bril waren er even geen brillen-poetsdokjes meer op voorraad, die werd later zelfs nog in de bus gedaan. Zo'n goede service en kwaliteit zie je helaas niet veel meer, maar deze opticien is top!
 Good professional and excellent service. Even in this "Corona" time I took ample time to take a new eye measurement and give advice on the new glasses to buy for my wife and myself. When picking up the glasses, there were no more glasses cleaning docks in stock, which was later even put on the bus. Unfortunately, you don't see much such good service and quality anymore, but this optician is top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar m'n handgemaakte 'Preciosa' - zonnebril per mail besteld, deze werd - na ontvangst van mijn overschrijving - correct en zoals afgesproken geleverd op mijn adres in België.
Heden n.a.v. een dagje Amsterdam spontaan ter plaatse in de winkel langs geweest om de (door een val beschadigde) glazen van de, zonnebril te vervangen, en op amper een uurtje tijd werd dit alles in orde gebracht.
Topservice, vriendelijke bediening !
Last year I ordered my handmade 'Preciosa' sunglasses by mail, which - after receiving my transfer - was delivered correctly and as agreed to my address in Belgium.
Today, after a day in Amsterdam, spontaneously visited the store on site to replace the (damaged by the fall) glasses of the sunglasses, and all this was sorted out in just an hour.
Top service, friendly service!

I urgently needed some contact lenses, but they would have had to order it, since none were readily available from the brand I usually use. Since I am a tourist this was not an option, so instead they offered me a pack of trial ones for free. I can 100% recommend the store to anybody!
