★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small metro station, mainly serving a number of large hotels and a residential area. The station is fairly close to the bridge to De Pijp, if you don't have access to a convenient direct metro or tram, you could consider stopping here and walking.
The station itself is in good condition, having been fairly recently renovated. It is served by 3 metro lines, all of which go north to the central station, before diverging to the south to head either south, south east, or circling all the way round the edge of the city connecting to Sloterdijk station.
There are lifts from the platform to street level. Onward connections are limited. The tram stop nearby is a short walk.
The station itself is quite small. There are a few small kiosks and automated ticket machines.
