P	Pascal M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze zoon stond er halverwege het schooljaar heel slecht voor, maar wilde niet blijven zitten. Hij wilde ook niet meer naar iets wat ook maar enigszins op huiswerkbegeleiding leek. Wolf is als coach hem gaan helpen. Aan het eind van het schooljaar heeft hij gezegd: Wolf is de beste stap geweest om hem te helpen met school. Hij ís overgegaan en zal nu ook verder gaan met Wolf als coach in de 5e. (Op eigen verzoek!) Our son was in very bad shape halfway through the school year, but he didn't want to sit down. He also didn't want to go to anything even remotely like homework help. Wolf started to help him as a coach. At the end of the school year, he said: Wolf has been the best step to help him with school. He has transitioned and will now continue with Wolf as coach in the 5th. (On your own request!)

Door alledaagse situaties en technologische innovaties te betrekken in zijn uitleg, weet hij op een zeer prettige en toegankelijke wijze de wiskunde zichtbaar te maken. De sociaal-emotionele achtergrond van leerlingen heeft altijd invloed op het leervermogen en de leerprestaties van de leerlingen. Wolf weet op een prettige en rustige manier aandacht te geven aan de sociaal-emotionele gemoedtoestand van de leerling. Wolf weet vanuit zijn academische achtergrond, zijn ruime ervaring als docent wiskunde in het voortgezet onderwijs en zijn interesse in maatschappelijk en technologische ontwikkelingen, de leerlingen mee te nemen in de magie van de wiskunde. Ze hebben meer zelfvertrouwen en daardoor meer motivatie om het na de les zelf weer op te pakken. Ik raad Wolf zeker aan. Two of my daughters go to Wolf. They both feel comfortable and good with him. They have more self-confidence and therefore more motivation to pick it up again after class. I definitely recommend Wolf.

Zijn cijfers zijn verbeterd, maar belangrijker nog is de groei op het gebied van taakgerichtheid, zelfvertrouwen en flexibiliteit. Dit zal hem enorm helpen als hij zometeen naar de middelbare school gaat. De bijles zelf ervaart mijn zoon als erg prettig: op een positieve, geduldige manier wordt er hard gewerkt met ook ruimte voor een grapje en voor creativiteit. Je zou het ieder kind gunnen! :-) My 11-year-old son has been working with Wolf for a year now and the result has exceeded expectations. His grades have improved, but more importantly, his growth in task orientation, confidence and flexibility. This will help him a lot when he starts high school. My son experiences the tutoring itself as very pleasant: they work hard in a positive, patient way with room for a joke and for creativity. You would give it to every child! :-)

Ze dacht dat ze het niet kon en deed er al snel geen moeite meer voor. Sinds ze bijles krijgt van Wolf is haar faalangst verdwenen en staat ze er veel rustiger en positiever in. Wolf weet de wiskundeproblemen blijkbaar doelmatig uit te leggen en en met de juiste toon het enthousiasme te bevorderen. De eerste mooie voldoendes beginnen nu al binnen te komen. Wij zijn zeer enthousiast over de impact van Wolfs bijlessen. Hulde. Our 15-year-old daughter performed poorly in math, resulting in mere fail marks and great aversion. She thought she couldn't do it and soon stopped trying. Since she has been tutored by Wolf, her fear of failure has disappeared and she is much calmer and more positive about it. Wolf apparently knows how to explain the math problems effectively and to promote enthusiasm with the right tone. The first nice passes are already starting to come in. We are very enthusiastic about the impact of Wolf's tutoring. Tribute.
T	Toon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het afgelopen schooljaar zat onze dochter in de tweede klas van het Gymnasium. Wolf heeft haar toen bijles wiskunde gegeven. Doordat hij met z’n uitleg bij de basis is gestart en veel met haar heeft geoefend begrijpt ze het echt. Ook dit schooljaar plukt ze daar nog de vruchten van. Door de bijlessen heeft Wolf onze dochter goed leren kennen en kon hij ons zeer goed helpen toen onze dochter eind vorig schooljaar voor de keuze stond van een schoolwissel. Hierbij maakte Wolf gebruik van zijn jarenlange ervaring van docent en de kennis wat van leerlingen gevraagd wordt in de hogere klassen van de middelbare school. Zijn meedenken was zeer waardevol. Last school year, our daughter was in the second grade of the Gymnasium. Wolf then tutored her in mathematics. Because he started with his explanation at the base and practiced a lot with her, she really understands. She is still reaping the benefits this school year. Through the tutoring, Wolf got to know our daughter well and was able to help us very well when our daughter was faced with the choice of a school change at the end of last school year. Wolf made use of his many years of experience as a teacher and the knowledge that is required of students in the higher classes of secondary school. His thinking was very valuable.

I was looking for a training for my 11 yo son to improve his ‘planning and executive skills’ after hearing a (very confusing to me) complaining from his school. The little I imagined was to encounter a real professional, highly educated and pleasant Dutch man with great affinity with children, who took so much time to listen to our situation and able to assist immediately: firstly by meeting my son and then providing solid advises for us to move forward. I won't hide from you that I cried when one day he showed me that the problem had nothing to do with planning skills at all, but instead my son, being bilingual, by default encounters Dutch words less frequently and consequently having a poorer knowledge of Dutch vocabulary….which translates in missing often the meaning of a complex assignment. Wolf unveiled how much we were on a wrong track plus as a mother I felt incredibly taken care and supported. I can highly recommend Wolf, able to target the need going straight to the cause by unveiling hidden challenges and advising ways to improve children’s performance. By the way, my son loved it so much!!! and Wolf’s studio is a stunning place behind Anne Frank’s house.
