★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining room set paid in store in cash worth €320.00. order was made in May 2021, and with allot of hassle calling it was then only told in September 2021. 5 months later , that the chairs to complete the set is out of the collection. Very unprofessional and didn't even call to offer an alternative. Phone calls to the store diverted each time to a different person , with no concrete answers. Contract was for delivery with in 12 weeks. So 5 months after and still couldn't just ask if i wish to have another alternative , for the model is not being made anymore. Awaited months for a response on my order for nothing. Avoid this branch ! They can't deliver as agreed and take 10 days to refund money ... with the hope that you can still get it back. Worthless !!!

Even 1 star is too much for them. From the first moment that you contact with them, everything is terrible. After I gave my order, they made me wait weeks. And they delivered very poor quality material. I ordered sidetable. It is completely different from what I saw online. The color of outside and inside of the item are different. The drawers do not open and close smoothly. The material is week, very fragile and it is excessively heavy. When you talk with customer service, they are rude and do not accept their low-quality. On the phone, they talk shouting. I have never seen any bad service like this before.
Never try, go to other places...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a living room set from their online site trusting their return/exchange policy. Because they write in their policy that they accept return within 100 days without any reason. 2 days after delivery, I would like to return/exchange it. They did not accept although they have return/exchange policy for 100 days, bringing forward that I assembled it. It was new, undamaged and could be disassemble in their original package which provides their all return conditions (because professional service assembled it). How could people keep and return it without assembling it for 100days?
Moreover, the delivery date was also in 14 days. they breach their own law and general consumption law.
I applied degeschillencommissie and Fraudhelpdesk. Because they are big scammer.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, NEVER TRY!!!

They called me to make sure I was going to be there on the certain date. Then the transportation guys called 3o min before on the day itself. I am very happy with them all in all and will definitely advice friends/ relatives to this site.
