Voor de tweede keer terug gekomen. Eerste keer om te oriënteren, rustig kunnen kijken. Vandaag de tweede keer om met fijne en geduldige hulp onze droom badkamer uitgezocht. Alle tijd ondanks dat het na sluitingstijd was.
Came back for the second time. First time to orientate, to look calmly. Today the second time to select our dream bathroom with fine and patient help. All the time despite it being after closing time.

Kundig en supervriendelijk, nemen alle tijd en denken uitstekend mee met de klant. Daarbij uiterst aantrekkelijk geprijsde artikelen.
Knowledgeable and super friendly, take all the time and think along with the customer. Very attractively priced items.

Waardeloze communicatie. Bad zou geleverd worden, maar tot op de dag zelf geen enkel bericht over de levering. Op de leverdatum maar gebeld met klantenservice, tot 2x half uur in de wacht gezet omdat het zo druk is wat ik niet raar vind als je als bedrijf je informatie voorziening zo slecht hebt geregeld. Klantenservice heeft me toen trackingnummer gegeven waarmee ik de levering kan volgen (een normaal bedrijf stuurt dat toch gewoon automatisch via de mail?) Om 17:50 krijg ik sms dat levering op 17:55 plaats gaat vinden. Maar helaas, om 20:00 nog geen vrachtwagen en ook geen enkel bericht. Kijk ik zelf nog maar eens de track&trace, staat daar gemeld dat levering is geannuleerd omdat zending beschadigd is. De volgende dag maar weer proberen te bellen, maar ineens is de klantenservice helemaal niet meer telefonisch bereikbaar, krijg voicemail dat ik maar een mailtje moet sturen. Ook de telefoon van de showroom staat op voicemail dat ze wegens drukte niet kunnen opnemen, raar want google maps laat toch echt zien dat het erg rustig is in de winkel. Dus zelf maar naar de showroom gereden om verhaal te doen, inderdaad niet druk... maar ook daar kunnen ze me niet direct helpen, de verkoper zal gaan mailen met logistiek en hoopt me begin volgende week een reactie te geven. Ik zit nu dus met een badkamer die ik niet kan afmaken en kan m'n gereserveerde verreiker voor het bad gaan annuleren. Natuurlijk kan iets beschadigen, maar wees dan proactief om dit zsm op te lossen en dit doet dit bedrijf dus absoluut niet.
Lousy communication. Bath was supposed to be delivered, but until the day itself no message about the delivery. Called customer service on the delivery date, put on hold for up to 2x half an hour because it's so busy, which I don't think is strange if you as a company have arranged your information provision so poorly. Customer service then gave me a tracking number with which I can track the delivery (a normal company just automatically sends that via email?) At 17:50 I receive a text message that delivery will take place at 17:55. But unfortunately, at 20:00 still no truck and no message. I check the track & trace myself, it states that delivery has been canceled because the shipment is damaged. The next day I try to call again, but suddenly customer service is no longer available by phone, I get voicemail that I should send an email. The showroom's phone is also on voicemail that they can't answer due to crowds, which is strange because google maps really shows that it is very quiet in the store. So I drove to the showroom myself to tell the story, indeed not busy... but they can't help me there either, the seller will email me with logistics and hopes to give me a response early next week. So now I have a bathroom that I can't finish and can cancel my reserved telehandler for the bath. Of course something can be damaged, but then be proactive to solve this asap and this company absolutely does not do this.

The worst experience ever!!!! I bought an expensive furniture for my bathroom and on delivery date I was left with 140 kg at the entrance of my house!! The delivery guys refused to move or help me with the furniture because of “security regulations”!! And I am asking what kind of security regulations are these, when your delivery guys throw the packages marked as fragile to the ground with force??? And why do I need to find out this on delivery date? No one told me about this kind of delivery before NOR it is written explicitly somewhere with bold and orange font color as your phone service told me!! I left my job waiting for your delivery and I left there waiting for help for two hours!! Who do you think that give you this permission to do that??? Thank you so much for treating your good customers so well!!!!

I bought a lot of stuffs in this store, when I paid for my order, they promised "Snel en gratis thuis geleverd". However, when the deliver came, they just put everything outside of elevator, they refused to deliver the stuffs in elevator and they refused to deliver stuffs inside my home, because of their so called "regulations". There is a 110 kilos douchebak among my order, how do you expect me to transport it to my home? I will never recommend this kind of service to my family and my friends. You should do whatever you promised.

All is great until you need to return something or need customer service. No number to call, just an online form. They tell me "we make an exception to return things" even they are obliged if you order online. Not possible to return in the shop, but still need to go there, make an appointment and they charge 50,-.
