Ze zijn heel vriendelijk tot dat je betaald hebt.
Daarna doen ze niks meer voor je en als je ze belt zeggen ze gewoon, pech gehad. Wat een k.... bedrijf. Wij kopen hier nooit meer.

They are very friendly until you pay.
After that they don't do anything for you anymore and when you call them they just say, bad luck. What a k... company. We will never buy here again.

β β β β β Avoid them! They just donβt care about the customer, communication is not existent and if something can go wrong they will let it go wrong!
Incurred in extra price, delays, errors in design (luckily fixed by the contractor), wrong items sent, wrong quantities ordered, unclarity about price! It was really a struggle and a stressful experience

β β β β β Extended delay in the bathroom installation (expected end of november, finalized mid january).
Multiple days of "no-one showing up for work", without warning or justification from Brugman and Bakermans (contractor).
I had to call the support line multiple times (~20), and also had to visit the store to discuss issues (3).
In the last meeting with the store manager, my proposal of compensation (hotel stay until bathroom finalization) was not taken seriously, and according to him "delays like this are considered normal" and "there is nothing we can do".
So I advise you to plan an extra period of "shower at your friends place" in case you decide for them.

β β β β β Do not recommend. We decided to go via Brugman to ensure everything would be taken care of. Instead, our renovation was delayed due to their mistake, we were then rushed to choose materials. Their shops consultants are not very helpful if you are asking about customization. They promised quality control: it was one visit at the beginning and no follow up. The installation company they provided was difficult to work with, they were almost impossible to reach and almost never showed up even close to the promised timeframe. Couple of weeks after the work was done, we discovered a leak. Brugman refused to help because the case was already closed. Now we're to this day struggling with making the installation company fix their mistake.
