β β β β β Vorig jaar juli hebben we onze keuken hier gekocht. Let goed op als je hier binnenstapt want ze zijn erg handig met de slimme verkooptrucjes. Kijk je bon heeeel goed na, want bij ons stond een goedkoper blad op de bon dan waar we voor betaald hadden na lang discussiΓ«ren is het uiteindelijk wel geregeld. Een pluspunt was dat de koelkast die wij wilden niet meer leverbaar was, dit hebben ze netjes opgelost door een duurder model aan te bieden zonder bij te betalen. We zijn tot op heden nog erg blij met onze keuken.
Last July we bought our kitchen here. Pay attention when you enter here because they are very handy with the clever sales tricks. Check your receipt very carefully, because with us there was a cheaper page on the receipt than what we had paid for after a long discussion, it was finally arranged. A plus was that the fridge that we wanted was no longer available, they have neatly solved this by offering a more expensive model without paying extra. We are still very happy with our kitchen.

β β β β β KeukenKampioen does not deserve any points.Guys i am warning you never go here how tempting they may look.if you go never sign anything they will force you to sign immediately. It is shameful that they are number one in NL. They don't do fair practices, as per my experience i will call them number one cheater.

β β β β β I had a terrible experience with them. I and my boyfriend went to Keuken Kampioen store in Son en Bregeuel. We wanted to renovate our kitchen and our aim was to get an offer from Keuken Kampion and think about it. After almost three hours discussion, We told the sales man what kind of kitchen we like. He prepared a 3D version. Up to that , everything was normal. But then, he prepared an agreement and he asked me to sign. I asked what is this , and he told me by signing this I become their customer. We thought it is a kind of subscription agreement. I asked that is it binding agreement and He told us no, it is not bindΔ±ng and it is just to become customer. We asked what happens if we want to cancel, he told us why you want to cancel. The agreement was in Dutch, we can not understand Dutch, we trusted his word. He didn't mention that If we cancel the being customer, we have to pay 30% of the selling price. We went back to the store later on to cancel being a customer of thΔ±s store,(that is what we were thinking) He told us it is not possible and we have to buy it. It was a buying contract and he mislead us to sign the contract. It was a SCAM. If they don't cancel it with free of charge, I will apply to legal ways. DO NOT BUY HERE, they have dishonest salesmen.

Sales team AFTER signing a binding contract 0/5! Instead of giving us solutions He was making problems of everything.

Price: Every time we did an small change, the quote price was increasing massively. Their list price is just incredibly high, and to have a reasonable price you will need o get a really high discount on the quote.
Issue 1: He offered us to remove the microwave from the kitchen, and go to MediaMark to buy one and lay it in the kitchen counter, because he was saying that the socket was to far away from where we were placing the microwave; or to install an small fridge, to have the microwave installed above the fridge, and buy a freezer from MediaMarkt and installed it in our shed!
Issue 2: He was saying that we could not install a hidden hood inside the cabinet because the connection point was to high.
As the sales rep. was making issues of basic things we were looking for the kitchen and after pressuring us with the information that if we did not order that day we could have a few weeks delays on the delivery, we weren't able to make a proper decision, and we decided to go home, and come back another day.
I went home and search information on how the microwaves are installed in kitchen cabinets, how the cabinets look from behind in case we needed to add an extra cord, I looked for the installation documents for the hidden hood...
The next day we went to the kitchen showroom I explained to the sales rep that I had looked into all the info and that what we were asking was possible. After I said that, the sales rep. confirm yes it is not an issue... (:O) and we updated the kitchen as we were requesting the day before.
On the assembly day everything went fine, and we did not have any issue, with the issues the sales rep make up.
Not sure how to rate this type of behaviour...

β β β β β Very bad experience, they dont care about customer satisfaction and check if everything was delivered/installed correctly. You NEED to pay when the package is delivered (before installing) so I cannot do anything now I see all the missing parts & bad installation.
Agreement was the ventilator is going to be 'recirculating', now I need to buy and install it myself ?
Be careful with this company, avoid as much as you can!

β β β β β If a company tells you a lie at the beginning, how can you trust its product???
Long story of short: a salesman kept us 4 hours in the store and he made us to sign a contract. He said that it is not binding contract and it is just to become a customer. As soon as we figured out that it was a binding conrtact (2 hours later), and got back to the store to cancel the contract. The salesman told us that if we cancel the contract, we have to pay %30 of the price with irritating smile on his face.
if i could give 0 star i would gave it, but shame on google!
