De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen vormgegeven, ruim en goede faciliteiten zoals kleedruimte, toilet en werkvloer. Deskundige, professionele "yogajuffen" waardoor je veel profijt hebt van je practice.
Met name restorative yoga is bij uitstek geschikt voor mannen en vrouwen die een gevorderde leeftijd hebben. Het is geweldig voor je lijf en mind.
A beautiful and atmospheric yoga studio on the Pretorialaan in the lively center of the Afrikaanderwijk. The studio is designed with high-quality materials, spacious and good facilities such as changing room, toilet and work floor. Knowledgeable, professional "yoga teachers" who will benefit you greatly from your practice.
Restorative yoga in particular is ideally suited for men and women of advanced age. It's great for your body and mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele leuke yogaschool! Niet te zweverig en niet ontzettend druk. Gewoon goede yoga met na afloop heerlijke thee.
Very nice yoga school! Not too floaty and not terribly busy. Just good yoga with delicious tea afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat er vooral rustige, ontspannende yogastijlen aangeboden worden, ik mis de sportievere stijlen. De lessen die er zijn, zijn overigens wel van goede kwaliteit. Ik durf niet te zeggen of er goede ventilatie is. Er wordt veel met ademhaling gewerkt en er staat dan geen raam open, maar wie weet is er een ventilatiesysteem.
Too bad that mainly quiet, relaxing yoga styles are offered, I miss the sportier styles. The lessons that are available are, however, of good quality. I dare not say whether there is good ventilation. A lot of work is done with breathing and no window is open, but who knows, there may be a ventilation system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This studio is just amazing! When you look from the outside in you don't expect what is inside. You go in the yoga area and there is an immediate zen feeling maybe it's the plants in the wall or the skylights (skylights? yes sss, just magical). There are yoga mats available if needed. And enough space to change. The teacher is so nice and is available to help with any posefand is furthermore involved in the community (how? You can ask her yourself). When you finish you can enjoy a cup o tea and talk with some folks or not your choice. I would absolutely recommend this place (if you haven't already guessed it)
