I was said I will get it back before I leave, but the reception opens at 8am (I leave before 8am), so I should go to the guy who works the night before to pick up my money I was told. With 0 refund and not allowing me to change my dates, this place is pathetic and I couldn't stress more for people to NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! COVID has made life difficult for many people and this hotel is using it to their advantage! Holland went into lockdown and made our trip impossible and they wouldn't even help us in the slightest! Pathetic. Horrible. Disgusting!
G	Gent Bicaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, nice rooms, ~25 mins walk to the DAM square. The heater was not working and it was a bit cold. We got an extra fan (for heating the room) but still the room remained a bit cold. Besides that, everything was OK.
S	Sevtap Igac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to spend the Christmas holiday in Amsterdam, unfortunately Amsterdam has decided to close due to the pandemic. It was informed that all museums-restaurants were closed, and even in the news on our departure date, the border was closed to Turkish passengers. We shared all this information with the hotel authorities. We conveyed that this was force majeure and that the reason why we could not come was not because of us. However, they said we received non-refundable accommodation, so they would not refund or delay under any circumstances. Unfortunately, the money we paid was burned. Due to Covid, conditions are changing all the time, so if you are considering a vacation in Amsterdam, I would definitely recommend choosing another hotel.

Always been a pleasure but this time around I forgot my watch in the room on check out (was sick and completely out of it). I realized 10 hours later of this and found that it had not been found. Manager gave me a good explanation but wasn't able to reproduce the watch. I was in only 3 places during the day and remember seeing the watch in my bed in the hotel room when I woke up in the morning. All my luggage had been checked. The watch could have only been in the room. Someone had clearly taken it. Just a caution. Protect your belongings whilst there. There's a thief on the premise!

The location in good: not in the heart of the old Town, but pretty close, at 20 minutes by foot. Rooms are not silent at all, you can hear steps, talks, zippers, etc, etc from your neighbors. Moreover, kids from the opposite building are running and making sounds in the morning. Coffee machine, tea, fridge in the room. Easy access to the reception, which is opened between hours 8-23. Nice guys at the reception, friendly. We could let our luggage in the reception during the check out day until evening. Overall my rating is 2/5 mainly from the lack of cleaning and the noise, which are the most important criteria from my point of view.
