★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My absolute favorite hotel in Amsterdam. I always stay here. Rooms are perfect and the front desk is very helpful with everything. Busses and supermarket on the same block. Short walks to all the attractions. Front desk even helps you book your day trips. Boris at the front desk is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 4 days and had no heating in the room it was so cold couldn't sleep properly, when we asked reception we was assured that it would work but never did, I wouldn't stay here again in the winter.
